1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Kronos Peptides website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Use

All products sold by Kronos Peptides are intended for research and laboratory use only. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or any diagnostic or therapeutic application. By purchasing our products, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that you will use the products solely for lawful research purposes.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Depending on your order, you pay either by an invoice we email you or on our payment partner's secure checkout page. Your order is fulfilled once payment is received. If you pay on our partner's checkout page, we accept your order only when the payment is for your order total. If a payment is for any other amount, we cancel the order and refund everything you paid, including any card fee, within 7 working days. Payment is handled entirely by third-party payment services — Kronos Peptides never receives, processes, or stores your payment card details.

4. Shipping and Delivery

If you pay by invoice, we email it within 1-2 business days of your order. Once payment clears, orders ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery times thereafter vary by destination and carrier; Kronos Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We ship to United States addresses only.

If you pay by invoice and an item becomes unavailable before your invoice is issued, we will contact you before any payment is requested — you may wait for restock, remove the item, or cancel at no cost. In the rare event an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will refund that portion.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Approved refunds for invoice payments are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. If a refund is due on an order paid on our partner's checkout page, we refund you within 7 working days.

You may cancel an order at any time before payment — leave the invoice unpaid, don't complete the partner's checkout, or email support and we will void it. There is no charge and no obligation. If we cancel or cannot fulfill an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full within 7 working days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Kronos Peptides and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kronos Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
