3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Orders are placed as a request for invoice: we email an itemized invoice with payment instructions, and your order is fulfilled once payment is received. Payment is handled entirely by a third-party invoicing and payment service — Kronos Peptides never receives, processes, or stores your payment card details.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We email your invoice within 1-2 business days of your order. Once payment clears, orders ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery times thereafter vary by destination and carrier; Kronos Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We ship to United States addresses only.

If an item becomes unavailable before your invoice is issued, we will contact you before any payment is requested — you may wait for restock, remove the item, or cancel at no cost. In the rare event an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will refund that portion.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

You may cancel an order at any time before payment — simply leave the invoice unpaid, or email support and we will void it. There is no charge and no obligation. If we cancel or cannot fulfill an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full within 7 working days.

7. Limitation of Liability
